4. COACHING SERVICES AND PROGRAMS

Information and content on this Site relating to coaching, training, technique and performance is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for personalised coaching from a qualified instructor.

Participation in any surf coaching, training program, camp, retreat or clinic involves inherent risks. By participating you acknowledge and accept those risks. MSA accepts no liability for injury, loss or damage arising from participation in any program or activity.

5. THIRD PARTY LINKS

The Site may contain links to third party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. MSA has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

6. DISCLAIMERS

The Site and its Content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law MSA disclaims all warranties including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Site or these terms is limited to the amount paid by you, if any, to access the relevant service.
